Abstract: In this talk, we will introduce the method introduced by Bo Berndtsson of eigenvalue estimate of the \bar{\partial}-Laplacian to study the dimension of the Dolbeault cohomology groups. Then we will generalize his main result to the case of line bundle with analytic singular metric.
